- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Manager is rude. Would not take responsibility for incompetence in packing an expensive stereo system which arrived with parts missing. Tried to blame it on the UPS depot saying they repacked it which is bunk. I have had UPS fix packaging and it will say so in the tracking and also they will label the box "repacked." Use one of the other UPS stores in Folsom on E Bidwell or use Fedex Office if you want your goods to arrive safely.By Gene Friedman, May 08, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been to this UPS store at least 1/2 dozen times or more usually during lunch or on my way to work. The owner is very personable and helpful plus they provide very prompt service which is usually what I need since I'm most often in a rush. I've used them for notary, sending certified letters, shipping packages, and even just to buy a birthday card for someone! I highly recommend this place and will continue to go there!By A Google User, November 22, 2016
