- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆very disappointed in the surcharge they wanted me to pay to mail a box from them. the box was a flat rate $16, and they wanted me to pay $25.52... Whereas, my local PacMail guy in El dorado Hills charges me $16.70... a 70 cent surcharge i get (since i didnt have to go to the post office.. but not $10!!!By Tammy Pineda, May 06, 2017

One day I was having a rough morning and the second I walked in the door, the staff made me feel so welcome and turned my mood around in a second.
